Subject: NoSpray Coalition Court Case, FRIDAY, 4/27, 9 am

PLEASE FORWARD

Come One, Come All, to the

No Spray Coalition Press Conference and Court Case
Thursday, April 27
9 am
40 Foley Square -- 2nd Circuit Federal Court of Appeals
(downtown Manhattan)

Your presence is extremely important!

This is the appeal to a higher Court of Judge Martin's decision last year
to limit to the Clean Water Act our lawsuit against NYC's indiscriminate
spraying of toxic pesticides over people and the environment. Law student
par excellence Chris Rizzo, of PACE Law Clinic, will be arguing our case,
which begins at 10 am. (We need you at the press conference at 9 am!) He'll
have exactly eight minutes (talk about RULES!) -- enough time for light
from the sun to reach the earth, enough time for us to expose the truth!

If we win an overturn of Judge Martin's limitations, we'll immediately file
for a temporary injunction to stop this year's spraying. If we lose, the
case still continues under the Clean Water Act, but it gets stretched out
and narrowed.

Please come. Numbers are VERY VERY VERY important inside the court.

And ... We've received over $2,500 from last month's email-only
solicitation. You are the greatest! But we still need around $15,000 more
QUICKLY to move the lawsuit forward. Please send whatever you can spare --
even $5 helps, although $500 helps a lot more at the moment -- to:
