Violence is indefensible..... This is an inappropriate and authoritarian manner to cut off debate within the anarchist movement. Violence in any form is intrinsically statist. Your arguments are indistinguishable from those of police psy-op operations. This is precisely what a provocateur would say to prevent nonviolence from being carried out next time. Demonstrator violence is ineffective at self-defense anyway and so it is a pathetic argument to say that it was "necessary". It is time that ALL anarchists learned mass non-violence techniques instead of playing into the hands of statist stereotypes of anarchism. I don't know if my politically incorrect reply will be heard but I had to make it clear that Violence is NOT anarchism!
