They just want a moderated list, but not one that requires list 
"ownership", per se.

A provocateur/infiltrator can join the list, but if he starts preaching  
statism or big money capitalism ( same thing, really, despite the 
AC crowd's whining ), they can boot him for failing to live up to his 
promise to support the platform.

I suspect they are not to terribly strict about posting requirements.
