As for the lib caps, that is to do with its pre-history as an anarchist anti-lib cap document. Unfortunately, the primitivists I asked to contribute a section on the subject after they complained it was not really mentioned failed to get back to me. So if anyone feels something is missing, please contribute something or suggest a question we can get round to going, Iain
