Subject: Absolute Anarchy=Goverment

OK check this out.  Im new to this mailing list and this is my first article. 
 
I have an idea that if we were to have a goverment based on anarchy.  Since a 
goverment would be in place the nation would not be in a state of complete 
anarchy, but not for from it.  If the goverment was strictly in place to 
maintain anarchy why wouldent it work.  Since anarchy means self goverment 
that means no one has power or authority over you.  Thus if a murder takes 
place the murderer has broken the laws of anarchy.  Therfore absolute anarchy 
cannot exist unless everyone leaves everyone else alone.  Sadly this will 
never happen with the population that the world has today.  So the closest 
thing we could possibly get to a goverment that trys to maintain anarchy.  
This is just a theory.  Let me know if you agree with me or what you think 
about my statement.
