There are various possible scenarios here. A-no one knows who the murderer is and some kind of enquiry is conducted to find out who dunnit. B-No one gives a shit cos the dead person was so unpopular its no surprise he got killed C The murderer comes forward but has a very good reason D The murderer comes forward without a good enough reason (or there were witnesses so he/she cant deny it or make up a "good reason") E No one ever finds out who did it but everyone has suspicions, no proof and a generally bad taste and smell surrounds the whole issue untill its forgotten F Someone goes missing, everyone presumes that was the murderer and doesn't expect to see him/her again. It is exactly this kind of situation you need yer "anarchist government" to deal with. Personally I believe it should be left up to the dead persons next of kin and friends. They are the ones bereaved, they should convict and punish the culprit however they see fit. Heather
