Hey,

Yap. Brigadeiro is one of our finest original desserts. The recipe below was
found on the net (too lazy to translate a reliable one - but I added the
granulated chocolate). It is, however, still worth yer time:

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ready in: 45 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed
milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat
and let rest until cool enough to handle. Form into small balls and eat at
once or sprinkle some granulated chocolate around it. Then chill until
serving.

Also, I must add that the best pizza of all isnt Italian or American. See,
the Italian immigrants who came to Sao Paulo in the turning of the 19th to
the 20th century improved it a lot, experimenting specially with different
dough ingredients and types. It is quite commom in our pizzarias to choose
between three dough "sizes", and the number of flavors is really confusing
sometimes.
Today, the city is honored with the Italian title of Worlds Pizza Capital.
Its also the world´s third largest, strikingly poor and ugly (very poluted,
rare green areas, concrete over concrete), but when it comes to pizza, we re
unbeatable.

Cheers,
   Daniel
