They've pulled that shite in a number of cities - it
has been successfully blocked by cities willing to
charge that it is a violation of the Posse Comitatus
act (see USC Title 10, Sec 1385 and then Sec
383....ask them for their permission slip signed by
the SecDef as required by 383)
