My fifth-grader just went through DARE. Though we're not a smoking 
family, my spouse and I took the time to re-educate him every day after 
the "DARE officer" came in to do a class.  What's funny is that the 
class only really succeeded in getting kids at a Catholic school up to 
speed on drug terminology, so they could joke about it effectively.
