They're cutting the spam out of the anarchy-list, apparently. And we should be very glad they do so: the anarchy-list is one of the very few mailing lists I'm on that is relatively spam-free, despite the email address of it having featured on thousands of webpages for many a year. I wouldn't be surprised if they're saving us from something in the range of 20-50 spams a day, if I look at my own incoming spam rate. David, any statistics?
