Moisha and Robert Blechman will host a benefit to raise funds for Democracy
Rising, Ralph Nader=E2=80=99s newest organization (www.DemocracyRising.org).  We hope
you will join our dedicated friends and supporters as we gather in New York
City to share our message, give voice to your ideas, and unify our strength.

We would like to extend a special invitation for a unique opportunity to join
Ralph Nader, Patti Smith, and other special guests in a more intimate
setting, to those select supporters and donors who can afford to do so.

New York is the 13th stop on a nationwide tour organized by Ralph Nader and
Democracy Rising.  Under the leadership of Jason Kafoury and others,
Democracy Rising has filled large arenas in 12 metropolitan areas with people
acutely aware of the need to deepen and arouse civic energies toward basic
corporate reforms, and enforce the laws against corporate crime, fraud and
abuse.  

The massive failure of all these private and public agencies, on whom
investors, pensioners and workers rely, has been endemic, systemic, and
ridden with conflicts of interest =E2=80=93 whether they be boards of directors,
accounting and law firms, stockbrokers, investment bankers, state and federal
regulatory agencies and legislatures.

There must be change to restore public trust, protect the peoples=E2=80=99 savings,

hold corporations accountable.
