T'aint no effort really. It's a mind thing. You disapear the person in your
head-bit like an excorcism. Just as you can create reality you can negate
it. If you chose to deny the reality of someones existance they cease to
exist in your life. It's easy, I just had to do it recently
to..............um.......can't remember who-they've gone.
