I believe that his website last week had some stupid "article" about how the 
FBI visited him at his house after his "Jew neighbors" called the cops. If 
the neighbors think that he has a connection with the sniper, that should 
tell you something.

I still haven't ruled out that old Kaiser Bill may have some connection with 
the Beltway Sniper, in fact, in recent days my suspicion about him being 
involved has gotten stronger. The number of posts that KB has made to his 
website this month has really dropped off and I've noticed a decrease in his 
activity on other boards. Of course, it could just be that he is extremely 
busy with his political campaign, but that has never slowed him down before.

The pattern of shootings points to somebody who lives in Montgomery County. 
Yesterday's shooting happened in Montgomery Village, the same burg that KB 
calls home. The sniper is probably based in Montgomery County and has spent 
some time travelling up and down I-95 to Richmond.

These shootings appear to be random, but many of the victims have been people 
of color. Of course, you could shoot random people around this town and get a 
range of victims who are people of color. Still, most of these "random 
shootings" have taken place in Montgomery County and the I-95 corridor, which 
has a higher proportion of white folks than in other parts of the city.

Triggering incidents? If the sniper was KB, who knows what the triggering 
event was. Perhaps it was the news that the ARA 28 got off on all charges. Or 
it could have been something personal.

The sniper is probably not KB, but I wouldn't rule him out at this point.
