Subject: Sod the war against terrorism - I'm dying of exhaust fumes


An hour and a quarter to get the 5 miles to work
today, because tanks and the polis are trolling round
Heathrow stopping every white van with anyone
non-white in as far as I can see, which, given that
this is the Hounslow/Southall/Slough/Hillingdon area,
means  that persons of 'suspicious' colouring are
hardly a minority.

Anyway after sitting choking on exhaust fumes, with a
splitting headache, foul taste in my mouth and no
salbutamol inhaler to hand, personally a 747 landing
on my head would be a blessed release.

Bring on the Sarin gas.

And is anyone in London on Saturday - I haven't been
paying attention lately?
