Oh I think it does.
The remarks about the French, for instance, that them
being anti-war doesn't count because they have poor
personal hygiene, looks like more than just disagreeing
with me.

I have never said there was anything unique about it.
However, I do think it is an especially  _dangerous_
state at present. Even more so than Britain, 
which is saying something.

(1) I'm not in hibernia
(2) I am opposed to war and to the would-be dictator
    Tony Blair who is seeking to drag us into a foreign
    war as a means of trying to distract from the failure
    of his policies at home. I hope it will be possible
    to stop mad Tony through peaceful means. But
    he does have to be stopped. What's hysterical
    about that?
