I don't know where the first 9 are.
    carp

Nope-me neither. No accounting for the innumerancy found on the web. Oops-did I just set myself up for more of Daves venom against those who had the privilege of a better education than the holier than thou class struggle anarchists for whom illiteracy and innumerancy is a virtue ? Oooooooo-I'm scared.

    US Military Prowess Revisited
By Anonymous From the Net |
    February 10, 2003

Nearly 6 billion of human being may be upset that the US are warmongering
for dubious reasons, but out here at the
terrace of a café, there is nothing but jubilation at their attitude. Last
thing we need to fear is to have the US actually winning a war.

A cursory review of US military history reveals the following:

10 - American Revolution - Totally unable to fight a handful of English
soldiers, they need French help to eventually deserve their independence.

11 - 1812 war against British Empire, lost as France can't help them..

12 - Indian wars : mostly won due to an outstanding ability to bully
peoples ten times less numerous and less advanced technologically, even
succeed in losing some magistral battles like Wounded Knee

13 - Civil war - the North even though ten times more numerous and more
industrial hardly saves the day. Decide the Us to go on fighting weaker
neighbours like Mexico in order to have a chance of winning.

14 - War against Spain 1898 : won, the target is carefully chosen for his
inability to defend itself, a nice plot built to start the war without any
real cause except pure imperialism and envy.

15 - World War I - Decide to join when most of the effort has already been
done by France and Britain. Send troops that have to be equipped with
European equipment, like French planes cause they do not know how to build
them. Eventually deserve a share in the final win but decide to sabotage
the subsequent peace initiative of the Nations' Society.

16 - World War II - Once again has to be forced to join. Begin to lose
every battles against Japan, and Germany. Eventually reaches their natural
standard of 10-1. After letting the Soviet Union cripples the Wehrmacht,
eventually decide to get really involved along with hundreds of thousands
of British, Poles, French and many others. Nice teamwork. Cannot finish
    Japan without nuking two cities.

17 - Korean war = draw, MacArthur not being allowed to nuke China and North
Korea. Yet another war fought with numerous allies.

18 - Vietnam : Lost, the French had told them not to get involved in this
mess, they thought they were smarter. They should have listened.

19 - Grenada : won, at least, one good fight 1230-1 did it actually.

20 - first Gulf War : incredible draw, had the whole earth as allies, the
classical "win ratio", got the tickets, catering et al paid by the whole
world and eventually let Saddam in place and with free hands to gas Kurdish
    and Shiit rebels.

21 - Somalia : lost, no need to say more

22 - War on Terrorism - Lost. One cannot win a war against a common noun
such as 'poverty', 'drug' or 'terrorism'. Unable to get Bin Laden, decide
to strike against Irak, at least they should win this time...

The moral of the story is - give thanks to God on high that the US stops
    going to war!
