My family was once involved in a blood feud that lasted 12
generations (roughly 300 years).  Nobody could recall just why it
started or who started it.  The prime motivating factor was, of
course, "getting even."  My great-grandfather ended it simply by
quitting while we was behind.

Some folks on this list put me in mind of my late second wife
("the wild Indian").  She always had to have the last word.  Her
last, last, words were: "You wouldn't dare!"  She was wrong, of
course.

I am not naming any names here, but if the foo shits wear it.
