The concept of property starts just there: by being "ones own".

Ownership is the exclusive right to decide over in what way and for what
purpose something, the property, shall be used. (This includes trading it for
other property, throwing it away or giving it away for nothing, destroying
it, lending it out etc...)

1. What a human consists of is the property of the human in question.

2. What is created with and/or from someones property is also his/her
property.
