I think the goatster is referring to the traffic on
the list.

Well the US anarks should be a bit cautious these
days, (translation: run for the hills), so no blame
for laying low. 

The world situation is such that for once everyone on
this list agrees, so no flame wars. 

It's everyone at the bar, their chins in their pints,
quitely contemplating the coming years.
