Why ? Because Pope Chuck0 has conferred upon McQuinn the title of Leading Post-Left Writer ? But were you speaking ex-cathedra, Chuck0 ? Who is and who is not a leading writer of any sort is a matter of opinion. According to Iain, who is usually fairly reliable on such matters, this Bob Black character (who I have never read) is one of the leading post-left writers. You apparently consider him less of a leader than Jason McQuinn (who I have never read). According to you, McQuinn is THE leading post-left writer. However, both Bob Black and McQuinn are apparently, famous/notorious post-leftists. Since life is short, and there are chores to be done, as well as more pleasureable activities, and nobody can read all the books in the world, and these two are well down my own list of priorities, I can only say that, on the evidence of the writings of those post-leftists whose writings I _have_ read (for instance yourself, here on this anarchy-list) post-leftism is obviously about as substantial an ideology as Tony Blair's NEW Labour. > Since these discussions has been spilling between > this list and Infoshop News They have ? It's news to me. But then I don't usually read Infoshop News, and, since life is short, and there are chores to be done, as well as more pleasureable activities, I'm not going to bother doing so now. If any of them elusive "real" primitivists show up in the discussions on Infoshop News relating to what we are discussing here, tell them that the real discussion with their "leading" critics, which they are missing out on, is happening on the anarchy-list.
