Well NO institution will remain un-changed in an anarchist society.
That is standard, "classical", anarchist thinking.

"Called something different" ??????!!!!!!

You mean, like when Maggie Thatcher decided to call
the poll tax "the Community Charge" ? It had such
a cosy sound to it, that word "community", but everybody
still called it the poll tax anyway. What on earth
makes you think you can change what people call hospitals?
And what on earth would be the point of a name change anyway?
Chuck0, everything you have come out with in this discussion
has sounded half-baked and ill-thought-through. And yet
you are just a "post-leftist", not even a real "primitivist".
>From everything I have heard and read about them their
"thinking" is even more half-baked than yours.

Some of the things you (and your primitivist pals) say
are good, but they are not original. They are simply standard
"classical" anarchist fare. The bits that are original are rubbish.
