Half-baked? These ideas are based on 20 years of thinking like an 
anarchist. Perhaps I've haven't articulated them in depth, but this is 
an e-mail discussion list and some of my e-mails are going to be 
half-assed. Perhaps we'll still call the damn things hospitals and 
perhaps there will be a different name for them. I know that Maggie 
Thatcher won't be around to see any of this anyway. ;-)

I'm not "just a post-leftist." I'm an anarchist without adjectives and a 
practical anarchist.
