Dear god. I hope you don't talk to people you associate with in person 
like that. Unless you normally associate with armchair librarians.

The real issue seems to have flown over your head, so permit me to 
retrieve said point and whack your ass with it. To wit:

"Anarchists don't like to be told what to do, what they should do, what 
they ought to do, or what they must do."

Of course, there are several colloraries that you should keep in mind as 
well. Like "don't suggest changes until you know where everyone stands - 
or at least wait a week or two", "don't bash members of a specific 
gender", "don't lecture, it's impolite", and last, but not least, "don't 
bore us to death".

Oh, and "don't tell anarchists that you've just met that you 'perceiv[e] 
patterns of hierarchy and oppression' amongst them". You'll likely get 
told to fuck off.

So, fuck off.
