haha!  yep!  polk county arkansas is a dry county.  that's where i grew
up.  my family still lives there and it's still dry.  oklahoma is about 20
minutes away and as soon as you cross the state line, the highway is lined
with beer joints.  this way, lots more folks are driving drunk.  clever
plan.
