no shit.  they just finished the recount in the washington state
governor's race and the difference (out of 2.8 million votes cast) is
42 votes.  douglas adam's shade must be laughing his ass off.

this is going to be fun.  just like florida in 2000 (or the ukraine)
only everyone is very polite and drinking lattes.  cool.
