Subject: VOICE ON THE NET TECHNOLOGY

The Shadow # 38 had an interesting article about how it is now possible
to talk over the net using specific software which reduces the cost
of phone time to 3 cents a minute, even for international calls. I have also seen software packages
cropping up in recent mainstream computer catalogs claiming to offer the same
capabilities. Does anyone on the list have any further
knowledge or actual experience with this sort of technology? Are
there drawbacks, limits. etc? It sounds too good to be true.
