BC is the monthly organ of the Internationalist Communist Party of Italy,
the inheritor of the Italian communist left. It started publications in 1946
following the publication of the clandestine journal Prometeo during the
Second W.W. It opposed the imperialist war (against Hitler as against
Truman/Stalin) and was persecuted by the stalinist CP. The Int. CP is the
italian affiliate of the International Bureau for Revolutionary Party.
