I don't know. A good source for documentary materials is _The Shadow_
newspaper, although, it is long on rhetoric and short on analysis, IMO.
At one point, the magazine was being posted on the Web. For more
information, try asking Chris Flash at <shadow-AT-mediafilter.org>. Lori
Rizzo wrote a book on the May Day 21 trial that went into the background
of the struggles in the community and I understand that Seth Tabocman, a
radical artist, is also writing a book. Both Rizzo and Tabocman are
anarchists. There is also an anarchist bookstore in the community called
"Blackout Books" on Ave. C and 3rd St. (?) which carries a lot of
relevant materials. If you can stomach the nonsensical, you could also
check out the _Class War Organizer_.

I forgot to mention that 5 people were arrested in a July 4 protest. A
cardboard squatter tank was paraded and its pushers/drivers were arrested
for disorderly conduct. The cops in the 9th Precinct don't have much of a
sense of humor or an appreciation for guerilla theatre.
