I think this condemnation of "Dilbert" is dangerously close to the 
"workers are ignorant because we watch TV" argument. Sure, "Dilbert" is 
not written by a revolutionary. In fact, it may indeed be written by 
somewhat of a cowardly apologist for capital, when he's asked by their 
presses who control his paycheck. However, the *content* of the comic 
serves in actual lives of actual workers to generally support dissent and 
criticism. For a more in-depth view of this terrain in the shared form of
