Subject: occupation at UNSW



Comrades!

To the best of my knowledge students at the University of New South Wales 
have been occupying buildings on that campus (I assume the administration 
building) since yesterday afternoon. I do not know what their demands 
are, but assume they are related to the introduction of upfront fees for 
Australian undergraduates. This is the latest in a series of direct 
actions by students, mostly in Victoria and New South Wales, protesting 
the dismantling of publicly funded education in Australia.
