because we get the administration the network
from the people and control top-down, sorry to say.
Bolsheviks faced the same problem, Trotsky
could have ruined the whole Soviet enterprise
while Stalin had  a better understanding of power.
Stalin was bad, but let us not forget that he kept
the Soviet Union alive and the the fall of the
Soviet Union is one of the great World Tragedies:
great for the New World Order, IMF, Corporate fedualism,
Money lanundering, etc, etc, that is to say.
