dear friends,

Re: Neil F. on the APCF and the party question

Yes, the ex- APCF in UK took a courageous revolutionary working
class principled stand in opposing the imperialist WW2,
but they are dead (no pun here!) wrong in opposing the
advanced communist workers fight to build a
revolutionary internationalist party of the working class out of the
class battles and skirmishes themselves in every country.

Political struggle , and a big part of this is opposing
parliamnet, congress , bundestag , churches, TV -media etc.
-- is a key part of the class struggle and if workers flee/desert
this front of class battle only at their own peril.

If workers do not build their own political organization with
a programme of workers communism , they cannot
effectively stand up to bourgeois politics and ideology --
rightist and leftist--hence they remain tied to the wages
system --passively or even militantly. .

Workers are a class IN THEMSELVES but they today
are hardly a class FOR THEMSELVES , class conscouisness
lags exploitative conditionsof misery in great part because
of BOURGEOIS political and ECONOMIC hegemony
as well as the torrents of cultural/ideological mystifications.

Combatting the bosses' democratic and republican
and unionist deceit involves workers agitating -organizing with
a program of exposing the reformist/legalist/lawyerist
banana peels and land mines put in road to workers
moving ahead to build their own mass industrial councils
and leading future mass movements themselves.

Communist revolution cannot be built from the capitalist
state or unions, it comes out of the ranks own mass
struggles and clarity of the need to fight for a worker
run wageless society , but we cannot get there with
only industrial/councilist orgnization alone , but needed
political organization as well -
which lifts the working class to state power by forcibly
ousting the bosses and their state power from control.
The Party aids the councils of masses in tearing down
the bourgoeis state in the future but today preparing for that future
time
by waging the class struggle against capital on the
political and ideological fronts--butrussing the industrial
mass actions, with the fight for revolutionary political
conscousness in the widest possible sectors of the class.
Real revolutionary politics is not schemes of maoists and trots
and lib-labs to bogart the mass workers organizatons.
The Partys fight for the workers adherence to advance to
THEIR assumption of power and in the transition to a moneyless,
wageless, stateless world.

To fight capital industrially and not politically is to think the workers
can whip nationa/world capital by chopping their own arms off
and fighting with one hand..

This should not be allowed to happen..
The class will only have its arses handed back to us
on a platter by the bourgeois states once again.

Part of the reason for the Party also is to learn/spread the
lessons of class history/battles won, but mostly lost
--so we do not repeat disasters.

Neil C.
