Folks might be interested in a new newsletter from the Coalition for the
Aboliton of  Prisons (CAP), edited by a prisoner but distributed by other
folks. The address is P.O. Box 201, Quakertown, PA 18951. Subs are $12 for 4
issues, they are just getting started and trying to go without foundations,
