Bandung- WEst Java (information gathered from Akatiga Foundation) The situation is still calm, the number of public and private transportation is few and the road is bit quite as. However the transportation is still working normally. The DPRD office which located in Gazebo square is taken over by the students numbered 150 thousand since last week, but this is happened peacefully. Many banks and shops are closed. Surabaya- East Java (information gathered from LBH Surabaya) In Surabaya the situation is calm but bit tense. Banks and shops are closed. In many strategic point in city, military is standing on guard. The number of traffic and public transportation is few. So far there is no demonstration, both by from students and people in general. Yogyakarta-central Java (information gathered from LBH Yogyakarta) Street rally by by students from different point in the cities Yogya toward Alun-Alun (square in center of town). There are 14 points, where each points is consist of 3 - 6 universities. These 14 points will ended in the Alun-alun, the places where they will submit to the Yogyakarta's Sultan. The city situation is crowded by people who join the march and the onlookers. The public transportation is off, except private car, such as vehicle, motorcycle and bicycle. Offices are open, but the employess are not working, instead, they are lining along the street to cheers the students. Task force (security) members from PDI and PPP is on guard at strategic point in cities. Ujung Pandang -South Sulawesi (Information receive from YLK Sulsel) The taking over of some important building (local parliament building) has been continue since 2 weeks ago. There is report yesterday that students is trying to occupy the private and government (RRI) radio and trying to broadcast their message. Tree hundred thousands people and students is assemble at Karebosi square. Shops and banks is closed. Many buildings painted "supporting reform".
