Harry, I am still thinking about your reply to me.
John Holloway, your most interesting message has stimulated conversation
in our household, not something which will elicit immediate response. I
wrote a reply and then erased it.
African anarchism: many years ago I read a very interesting essay by Wamba
dia Wamba on the palaver, but I don't think this essay is easily
available.
