Dave: By all means --as far as I am concerned-- scan away! Ed is not only
a professional but has been involved in these politics for 30 years. No
one can do a better job than he.

Dave: For many years Ed was doing just that, but I understand that he gave
a whole bunch of copies to AK Press to distribute. Check their catalog.
