For a shorter treatment, see Yann Moulier's introduction in Negri's _The Politics of Subversion_ (Polity Press, 1989) and under the Italian New Left heading in the introduction of Harry Cleaver's _Reading Capital Politically_ (University of Texas Press, 1979--unfortunately, out of print). Paul Virno & Michael Hardt, ed., _Radical Thought in Italy: A Potential Politics_ (University of Minnesota Press, 1996), a largely theoretical collection that touches on some of that history (Chap. 16, "Do You Remember Revolution?"--composed collectively from Rebibbia Prison, Rome, in 1983--is particularly useful in this respect), is also worth looking at. The Amnesty for Toni Negri site (with regular updates) is: http://lists.village.virginia.edu/~forks/TNmain.htm Manuel ---Paul Bowman <pbowman-AT-sheffieldtec.co.uk> wrote: > > Hello listmembers, > > Whilst I know that it isn't directly in the remit of this list ("to > provide a forum in which to explore the > changing nature of class composition and class struggle within the > planetary work machine") but I can't think of a place to find people > more likely to be able to answer the following request. > > Where can I find material on the history of the class struggle in Italy > between 1968 and 1982?
