I don't think it's necessary to get into the the language of exclusion so
quickly here - I think a bit of debate around this might not be such a bad
thing. Louis, this one-word rejoinder of yours is acceptable on a list such
as your own, but then that is precisely why I left it - it is a list where
the holy cows such as "Cuba" roam freely without question.

Cuba is an alternative to Jamaica, Haiti, Puerto Rico, etc. It is not an
alternative to your autonomist ideals. For an alternative to your
autonomist ideals, I have my own Marxist ideals. But arguing about ideals
goes nowhere.
