Louis, this one-word rejoinder of yours is acceptable on a list such as your own, but then that is precisely why I left it - it is a list where the holy cows such as "Cuba" roam freely without question. --- Cuba is an alternative to Jamaica, Haiti, Puerto Rico, etc. It is not an alternative to your autonomist ideals. For an alternative to your autonomist ideals, I have my own Marxist ideals. But arguing about ideals goes nowhere.
