To Jeremiah:
One thing I would certainly agree on is, if blood-dripping bandit
regimes like those of the late Franco Tudjman, Milosovic etc
were not already there, the NATO powers would have interest
creating them, and they of course also have contributed as much
as they could to that end. It would be far harder to intervene with
military force in the Balkans without such, in objetive terms,
NATO-allies as Milosovic, etc. The price is of course as always
paid by the "common man and woman".
