The Cobas leader has gone > on record as saying, with regards to the death of > Carlo Giuliani, something to the effect of "They > were looking for trouble." i've been paying close attention to this as well, esp as someone who has been a black bloc participant. from what i understand, it is widely believed that the black bloc has been incredibly infiltrated, and that many of these attacks may be cops in disguise. however, i also understand that there was a lot of anger and distrust between the main protest groups and black blocers due to the umbrella group trying to force non-violence, and the black bloc types attacking non-violents for being non-violents. if this is true, then the resonsibility for the insanity is the fault of both groups in that they both betrayed every notion of solidarity and autonomy of action ("diversity of tactics") that was developed in prague and used with great success in quebec (and i belive sweeden). ====commie00 --------------------------------- http://www.geocities.com/commie00 --------------------------------- __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
