Blair seems to have taken the lead in condemning the summit rioters. he was 
also one of the most outspoken ruling class proponents of bombing serbia. 
but if he's the bad cop who's playing the role of good cop?

am i corrext in thinking peter hain was the figurehead? president of the 
ISO/SWP front the Anti-Nazi League?
