I would ask everyone to remeber that not only were people killed in Italy, but that the paras from Australia (flown in on mining company jets) killed four young people in Papua New Guinea in an even more blatant and outright fashion. Clearly, if they feel the need for increased violence eveywhere, the poorer the country, the more they expect to get away with it.
