Angela, I realize the problem with using stages as a
true model of things.  However, I do think we have to
realize where the movement is right now and think
about the appropriate types of action.  All I am
asking you to grant me is that there are better types
of action in a given situation than others...I should
have known better than use the word "stage", so please
let's not get hung up on that word.

What kind of street actions are you referring to?
My stage 2 refers to taking "permanent" political
control of an area....not just having a demonstration
that occupies an area, then everybody goes
home....same goes for a rave.
