I think that it is first of all important to understand the differences, and
to learn something about Judaism and Islam as separate religions,
traditions, beliefs, peoples and histories.
Because too often I see people who know absolutely nothing about Judaism
blaming Judaism and Jews for everything from the death of Christ to the
death of the Goddess to capitalism itself or anything else they hate.
And in any discussion of Judaism and Christianity that does not take into
consideration this history and current reality of anti-Semitism is simply
denying a basic, material fact.
