Wups.. didnt answer this properly.

I would just like to point out that while Maoists claim that the
ultra-poor are the most likly to rebel because they have nothing to lose,
it isnt really like that. They have the most to lose, because they will be
easily killed and the state wont care, whereas the state seems to be a
little less willing to murder better off, white, middle-class, etc folks.
