INTRODUCTION:

"Russian Capitalism and the Global Economy" [Rossiyskiy kapitalizm v
usloviyakh globalnoy ekonomiki] was written in 1999 by the Interprofessional
Workers' Union (MPST), the Moscow group of the Confederation of
Revolutionary Anarcho-Syndicalists (KRAS-IAA). It was published in a
collection of articles dealing with globalization and the theories of the
German writer Karl-Heinz Roth: "Vozvrashcheniye proletariata", Karl-Heinz
Roth et. al., MPST, Moscow, 1999.

Translated in 2001 with the assistance of the Institute for Anarchist
Studies.
