As I understand the point of refererence here is the US
ISO, it should read "handed down from London....,"
at least I have had to on a couple occasion have to explain
the ordinary members of the "International Socialists" here
in Norway  what their politics on some issue now is,
after having happened to read about it in the press of
the mother party. Meet them a week later and they
have understood it too.
