Underground organisation of illegal 
residents of Moscow has now extensive
English webpage at http://www.nelegal.net

There are more than 2 million illegal residents
in Moscow (total Moscow population is maybe
13 millions, no-one knows). These vary from 
well-paid professionals who however have decided
not to bribe for "propiska", residence registration, 
to homeless meshketi turks and afghanis who have
nothing. People who maintain the site of course
go more to the first category, but still the attitude
is anti-racist, anti-war etc. 

Max B. tried to contact these people few years ago, 
but it failed since they are so underground:-)
We will make some new attempts now.
