The only possibility seems to be armament of the people, first for
self-defense and from there on to the revolution.

In practice it ought to be a task for the liberation movement, FARC.
Why is it not more active in this respect ?

If it is a question of money for purchase of arms, all Colombia-groups in
common could arrange a worldwide collection of money for FARC for this
particular purpose.
