Exactly right Thiago - we have no way of knowing these
things now. We can make some educated guesses, but to
pin the badge 'good revolutionary' to one chest and
'counter-revolutionary' to another, on the basis of
mere affiliation to one or naother ism, is simply
silly.
Anarchism has a less blemished banner than Leninism,
to be sure, but we should not forget, for instance,
the role of some anarchists in helping destroy the
Spanish revolution. Under Ilan's  criteria, this
calamitous act would rule anarchists as well as
Leninists out of the 'real proletarian movement'
forever...
